Meet Punta

This is the newest addition to the family: a Siberian husky mix. My brother chose the name "Punta" which in Spanish means "point". The Tagalog translation suits her better, which means "to go". She prefers running to every other activity. She's a beautiful dog, but too thin. Very friendly. Although she is intimidating at first sight, she is a horrible is a horrible guard dog because she is too friendly with strangers. She hasn't barked once since we got her, or even howl. A concern was that she would be irritated by loud rock music, electric guitars, etc... but it seems to have no affect on her. We haven't tried the bagpipes though.

(new?) car.

So this car just got dropped off today. And I don't know anything about it except that the man that dropped it off just kept saying over and over," You're gonna love this car.....it's really rare..." So I guess it's rare. He also said that it was used by detectives--that's why it has the spot light on the drivers side. He also said it has a few bullet holes somewhere that we might find if we ever strip it down again.

I just wanna celebrate

I had this genius idea to make alligator jell-o. So this is us celebrating the alligator jell-o with sparklers. The sparklers are at least 2 years old. I was surprised they worked. And as it turned out, the alligators made from jell-o didn't work at all because we followed the instructions for jigglers and put too much water in. They were just to runny and wouldn't come out of the mold in shape.

Super Model

This is funny. One of my brothers knits beanies using a circular loom (loom?). Anyway, I saw he was using an unusually wide one and told him he should turn it into a mini-skirt instead of a beanie. He said something like,"yeah right," but my mom thought that I should slip the entire ring over my hips, just to prove to him that it would work. So I tried. I got it about to the middle of my thighs. And then I dared the youngest of my brothers to try. And he had me beat. So I took a pictur

First big snow of the season. Brrrrrrr..... You can tell it was good powder too because the little snowman I tried to make just couldn't hold together.
